Financials Fail to Follow Through
The first negative I see today is the failure of the banks to follow through on Friday's broad gains.
Existing-home prices weakened, and I expect prices to drop another couple of percent this year.
Housing is scraping along the bottom with no meaningful recovery in sight this year, despite good affordability and some improvement in the overall jobs picture, in some regions.
